Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a project after paying but before our team has started work on it, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, less any transaction charges levied by the payment network.

Once writing or editing has started, refunds are assessed on a pro-rata basis reflecting the work already completed and delivered at the point of cancellation.

If a first draft has been delivered, the project is considered substantially fulfilled and is generally non-refundable, though we will always work with you through the included revision rounds to meet the agreed scope.

If a deliverable does not meet the scope agreed for your service, tell us within the revision window and we will correct it at no additional cost through the included rounds of revision. Our first commitment is to make the work right rather than to refund.

Payments are made by direct UPI and verified manually by our team. If a payment you submitted cannot be verified, the project will not start and no amount is due from you. If you were charged but the payment was not applied, contact us and we will reconcile or refund it promptly.

• Journal or third-party submission fees paid to external parties.
• Work already delivered and accepted.
• Projects cancelled after final delivery.
• Payment-network transaction charges.

Raise a support request from your account or email bd@dtrasglobal.com with your project reference. We review every request fairly and respond within a reasonable time.

Approved refunds are returned to the original UPI ID or account used for payment. Timelines for the funds to appear depend on your bank and the payment network.
